Project Overview
BuildPlan Consulting Engineers was engaged to undertake a comprehensive engineering feasibility assessment for a proposed nine-lot residential subdivision in Lowood. The assessment was prepared in support of a Development Application, with a focus on identifying the site’s servicing potential and infrastructure requirements in accordance with applicable local and state guidelines.
- Preliminary assessment of water supply and sewerage infrastructure, including identification of feasible connection points and alignment with SEQ WS&S D&C Code
- Stormwater management strategy addressing site drainage and regulatory compliance
- Concept road and intersection design to ensure appropriate access, circulation, and integration with the surrounding road network
- Review of site conditions, planning overlays, and infrastructure constraints to inform development viability
