Project Overview
BuildPlan Consulting Engineers delivered a comprehensive preliminary servicing design for a proposed residential subdivision in Coodanup, Western Australia. The project addressed stormwater management, sewerage servicing, and water supply infrastructure, providing a coordinated servicing solution aligned with Water Corporation, ARR 19, and local council standards
- Stormwater management design using soak pits, kerb inlets, and infiltration systems in accordance with the Stormwater Management Manual for WA and ARR 19 hydrology principles
- Hydraulic analysis to determine detention capacity, flow paths, and lawful discharge locations
- Sewer network layout including pipe sizing, grades, manhole locations, and connection points to the Water Corporation reticulation system
- Water reticulation layout including pipe sizing, alignment, and connection planning to existing mains in line with Water Corporation water design standards
- Coordination of design drawings with existing service information and surrounding network connections to ensure seamless integration
